Billing questions
Can I cancel whenever?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your progress stays if you come back.
Is there a discount for students or people between jobs?
Yes. 50% off Analyst if you’re a student or between jobs. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from a school address, or with a line about where you are in your search.
Will my employer pay for this?
If your team has a training budget, we can send an invoice in your company’s name. Ask your lead.
Should I get a track pass or Analyst?
A track pass if you need one language, say for an interview or a new job, and would rather pay once. Access doesn’t expire and there’s nothing to cancel. If you need three or more languages, Analyst yearly (€120 a year) costs less than three passes.
What’s the minimum for Team?
5 seats, so €1,500 a year at the smallest. Add or remove seats at any time; changes show on the next invoice.
